Shipping Methods and Rates
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply for orders under $50.00.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We only ship via UPS. We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. UPS Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "My Order" or "Can I Change My Order?". Order corrections must be made within 5 days of receipt. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number and order date available. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us email@example.com and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
If you buy Youth to the People products from an authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
